Well, the fact is, I like to keep it pretty simple. If you see something on my site that
you want, just email me and if you are the first person to
email me regarding that particular item, it's yours! That's it. Please note that if the item is already sold, I WILL NOT REMAKE IT! All items are one-of-a-kind and I cannot make custom orders anymore. Thanks so much for understanding.

Please identify the item by the name that I have given it. This will be the name that is in big letters at
the beginning of the item description. This way there will be no confusion on my end about which item you would like
to purchase. (Believe me, I need all the help I can get *grin*.)

I accept money orders, personal checks (which must clear), and Paypal. I do prefer payment through Paypal, and if you
do pay using Paypal, your item ships the next day! If you
do not have an account with them, and you would like one, click here to get one.

To order custom HEMP patches, just email me and let me know which ones you would like. You can choose whatever colors you
would like me to use for the designs. Remember, I also have metallic threads if you want to add a little bit of *sparkle* to
your patch! Thanks again for your support...

Regarding returns: my policy is simple. If you are unsatisfied with
the item, I will exchange it for something else in my store. I will only do returns
for credit. Returns will only be accepted on items that have not been worn or washed, and they cannot have any stains or
flaws that were not on them when they left my hands. I hope you understand that this policy is to protect me, and for
honesty's sake, it will protect you too! *wink* Returns must be made within three days of you receiving the item, and
we must have discussed the problem by email before you send it back to me. The customer must pay shipping on returns,
except in the case that the item has a construction flaw that is my fault. Please
be aware that I would NEVER send an item to you knowing that there was anything wrong with it. I take a lot of pride in my
work. My clothes, bags and patches are constructed with care and are checked for flaws before I list them on my website.
I only want happy customers... especially ones that will come back to support my family again! *THANKS* I strive to be
a woman of integrity... this is something I believe in strongly. You come first! No matter what. Honesty is
key to any good business. If there are any problems, please know that I will do what I can to take care of you.
